Payment:
We work with Nets, Swish and MoreFlo to be able to offer you a fast, easy and secure way to pay for your order. You can choose whether you want to pay for your order with card payment, direct payment via your bank, invoice or partial payment. You will find more information about the different alternatives and Nets' conditions at checkout before you complete your order.

Warranty / Complaint:
Any guarantees or complaints must be notified via e-mail (info@boardclub.se) before return. Returns may not be made until agreement with Boardclub.se.

Force majeure:

In the event of war, war-like event, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, boardclub.se will be able to apply force majeure. This means that this agreement does not have to be fulfilled to some or all extent. If this happens, we will try to inform the customer about this.

We reserve the right to make any typos or typographical errors on Boardclub.se. Although we do our utmost to ensure quality, we can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the product.

Shipping company

In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the logistics companies and shipping companies that Boardclub cooperates with. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. E-mail address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.

The shipping companies we work with are: DHL Freight (Sweden) AB, PostNord and UPS

Newsletter

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and e-mail address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

We use MailChimp to send out newsletters.
