Built with the shape and construction of our popular Sci-Fly XR surfboard, the Converter XR V4 carries on the same high-performance characteristics. The flatter rocker and parallel rail outline deliver top-of-the-line efficiencies both on and off foil. This allows riders to hold down a better edge without a foil and also gives you the speed you need to get on foil. The winged-diamond tail shape provides added grip and pop for strapless freestyle tricks and it also provides added leverage when pushing off the water to get yourself on foil. The Converter XR V4 features our XR construction, which gives the rider the feel and performance of a traditional surfboard in a lightweight package. The Converter XR V4 is by far the most versatile shape in our range and is the one-board travel quiver for kitesurfing and foiling.
WHY WE MADE IT
We built the Converter XR V4 to be the ultimate all-in-one board for kitesurfing and foiling. We wanted to design one board that sacrificed as little as possible whether you are using it for foiling or for kitesurfing.

NEW SHAPE AND OUTLINE
Using the same shape and outline as the Sci-Fly XR, the Converter Xr V4 ushers in better strapless freestyle and foiling performance. This shape and outline sacrifices nothing when riding with or without a foil.
WINGED DIAMOND TAIL
Provides pivotal turning and added pop for freestyle tricks. It also delivers added leverage when pushing onto foil.
THRUSTER FIN CONFIGURATION
This three-fin setup is stable, maneuverable and versatile. It holds solidly in powered up action and on steep, critical sections of waves.
3K CARBON RAIL SAVERS
Carbon rails along the tail help prevent cracking, heel dents and damage from hard landings or rough touch downs.
UNIDIRECTIONAL CARBON STRINGER
Lengthwise carbon stringers—top and bottom—provide strength and stiffness.
MULTIPLE FOOTSTRAP INSERTS
