Terms of Delivery

In general:

By default the prices shown include a tax directly linked to the chosen country of delivery. 

For example: If Sweden is chosen as delivery country, the tax is 25%. But if Germany is chosen, the tax is 19%.

 

Are you under the age of eighteen(18) years old, you need permission from your parent/guardian to make an order/purchase from us.

 

All goods will remain a property of Boardclub.se until full payment of the goods have reached the company(Boardclub.se).

 

Boardclub.se reserve the right to cancel an order if suspecting a fraud. 

We reserve the right for typos and technical problems in connection with price statements and reserve the right to cancel and adjust the invoice amount in the event of obviously incorrect orders and completed purchases. Of course, we do not give the products away for free or sell them at obviously incorrect prices.

 

Returns:

 

Boardclub.se will pay for the cost of returning an item in the events of:

• complaint due to goods with injuries from factory or from delivery. 
• Boardclub.se deliver the wrong product(s) according to the order.

Always contact Boardclub.se at info@boardclub.se before returning an item back to Boardclub.se. 

If wanting to return an item for another reason than the reasons mentioned above, it is okay to either buy a return note from us or any other way possible. If not buying a return note from Boardclub.se, we recommend choosing a postal service/shipment service that provides a tracking number. 


RETURS OUTSIDE THE EU:
If you return from outside the Europe (EU), we will not be able to reimburse import and customs costs that have already been paid.
In some cases, you can claim these costs from customs in your own country. Inform at your customs department how you can qualify for this. (It is possible from Norway and UK).
Returning is at your own expense.
Always inform the carrier that it is a private/return shipment. Inform at your carrier on how to do this.
Always mention on your shipping invoice/package:
RETURN SHIPMENT FOR ECOMMERCE ORDER WITH UPS + [the original UPS tracking number on which you received the package].
Always mention on your package: 'Customs code 604, Return Goods - full exemption'.
Include a copy of the original Boardclub invoice. Strike through any items you are not returning.
Packages for which we have to pay import costs or VAT will be refused or invoiced to you.




Unclaimed packages:

If you do not pick up the package and they are returned to us, we will charge a fee of
20 EUR (inside EU).
40 EUR (Outside EU).

 

Exchanges:

If wanting to exchange an item from your order for another item, please check our website to find something we have in stock then contact us at info@boardclub.se so that we can reserve that item for you. In that way you minimize the risk of the item running out of stock before your other item have returned back to us. In the event of exchange of an item, the customer is paying for the deliverance/shipment fee. 

 

If the new item is more expensive, you pay the difference with a bank transfer. 

 

If the new item is cheaper, we will return you the difference.
